1. Definitions and Interpretation

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by olexto subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm User identity, age, and residency using government-issued identification documents.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the olexto website, creating an Account, making a Deposit, placing a bet, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use an olexto Account, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. olexto strictly enforces age verification and will request government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) to confirm your date of birth.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territory at the time of Account registration and when using our Services.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of olexto complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.
• You must not be a person who has been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from using olexto or any other online gambling platform due to problem gambling, fraudulent activity, or violation of terms.

3.2 Account Creation Process

To create an olexto Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You may only register one Account per person. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

Upon registration, you will be required to complete KYC verification by uploading clear, legible copies of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. This verification process is mandatory and must be completed before you can request your first Withdrawal. Failure to provide valid identification within 30 days of Account creation may result in Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account. You must not share your login information with any third party, including family members, friends, or betting syndicates. olexto will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify our customer support team and change your password.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Deposit Methods

olexto accepts Deposits via the following payment methods specifically tailored for Indonesian players:

The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). The maximum Deposit amount per transaction varies by payment method and Account verification status, ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 100.000.000. Verified Accounts with completed KYC documentation enjoy higher Deposit and Withdrawal limits. All Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfer Deposits via BCA and BRI are typically credited to your olexto Account within 2-5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. E-wallet Deposits via OVO, DANA, and GoPay are credited instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Fees and Third-Party Charges

olexto does not charge any fees or commissions on Deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion fees. These third-party charges are beyond olexto's control and will be deducted by your financial institution before the funds reach your Account. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider regarding their fee structure.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a Withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, provided that you have completed KYC verification and your Account is in good standing with no ongoing investigations for fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations. The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum Withdrawal limit for verified Accounts, though unusually large Withdrawals (exceeding Rp 500.000.000) may be subject to additional security review before processing.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

olexto processes Withdrawals to BCA and BRI bank accounts within 5-10 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours are queued and processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals to BNI, Mandiri, and other Indonesian banks typically take 10-30 minutes during banking hours. E-wallet Withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are processed within 15 minutes during operating hours.

First-time Withdrawals from newly registered Accounts may take up to 48 hours as we conduct enhanced security verification to prevent fraud and money laundering. Subsequent Withdrawals are processed according to the standard timelines above.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions and Conditions

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. We do not allow third-party Withdrawals to accounts belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals. All Withdrawal destinations must match the name on your KYC-verified identification documents. If you wish to change your registered Withdrawal method, you must contact customer support and provide updated banking documentation for verification.

If you have claimed a Bonus or participated in a promotion, you must fulfill the associated wagering requirements before the Bonus amount and any winnings derived from it become eligible for Withdrawal. Attempting to Withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings. 6.2 Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Activities

olexto strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay (such as betting on both outcomes of a sports match), and using automated software or bots to place bets. Any User found engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Account closed immediately, all Bonuses forfeited, and any related winnings confiscated.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on olexto are subject to the official rules of the respective sports governing bodies and leagues. Bet settlements are based on official results as announced by the relevant sports authority. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settlement may be delayed pending rescheduling, depending on the specific sport and betting market. 7.2 Casino Games and RNG Certification

All slot games, table games, and RNG-based casino games on olexto use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the User or olexto. 7.3 Live Dealer Games

8. Limitations of Liability

olexto provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we make every effort to ensure accurate odds, game results, and transaction processing, technical errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, olexto reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

olexto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your olexto Account during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. olexto is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your betting or gaming activities. We strongly encourage all Users to practice responsible gaming and never bet more than they can afford to lose.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
